Information we collect
RoadCap collects the information submitted through driver application and shipper quote forms, including name, email, phone, CDL details, route preference, load details, and optional notes.
How we use information
Submission data is used to review driver applicants, respond to shipper quote requests, operate recruiting workflows, prevent abuse, maintain basic records of inbound inquiries, and follow up with consent by phone, text, email, automated systems, or AI/virtual agents to collect additional details.
Security controls
Lead data is stored outside the public web directory when hosting supports it. The public form endpoint uses origin checks, rate limiting, request size limits, validation, and bot-trap fields.
Data sharing
RoadCap does not sell form submissions. Information may be shared internally with recruiting, dispatch, operations, or authorized service providers only when needed to respond to the request.
